Global leaders commend CPC's great achievements
Leaders of foreign political parties and governments have conveyed warm congratulations to the Communist Party of China Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping on the 105th anniversary of the CPC's founding.
In their messages, they spoke highly of the great achievements the CPC has made, and expressed firm confidence that under the leadership of General Secretary Xi, the CPC will continue to make new progress.
Kim Jong-un, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, said the CPC has led the Chinese people in overcoming various hardships and obstacles, vigorously advancing the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and writing a glorious chapter in the history of the Chinese nation's development.
Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, who is also chairman of the Great Indonesia Movement Party, said the achievements the CPC has made in successfully leading China in eradicating poverty and delivering well-being for the Chinese people have always served as a model for his party to learn from.
Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu, who is also president of the People's National Congress party, expressed his gratitude to China for its steadfast support for the development of the Maldives. Muizzu said that his party cherishes its long-standing friendship with the CPC, while stressing the importance of deepening the partnership between the two parties.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan, chairman of Turkiye's Justice and Development Party, or AKP, and Turkish president, spoke highly of the initiatives and vision put forward by Xi for safeguarding global stability and prosperity. The AKP stands ready to strengthen interparty exchanges with the CPC and promote the in-depth development of cooperation between the two countries, Erdogan said.
Mahmoud Abbas, chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and Palestinian president, said that he highly appreciates the great achievements China has made in various fields, and expressed his gratitude to China for its long-standing and firm support for the just cause of the Palestinian people in restoring their legitimate national rights.
William Ruto, head of Kenya's ruling United Democratic Alliance and Kenyan president, emphasized that the CPC's achievements have inspired constructive reflection across the Global South on national development and governance, and have further reinforced Kenya's resolve to pursue a path of transformative growth.
Other leaders who sent congratulatory messages included those of Belarus, Serbia, Nauru, Malaysia, Singapore, Vanuatu and Samoa.
