Senegalese ambassador: 15th Five-Year Plan crucial for China-Senegal cooperation

China's 15th Five-Year Plan will not only inject fresh momentum into the country's economic and social development, but will also provide valuable inspiration for the development of African nations, Senegalese Ambassador to China Ibrahima Sory Sylla told China Daily.

Sylla emphasized that Senegal looks forward to strengthening bilateral cooperation with China in areas including food security, industrialization, and the expansion of the service sector.

He made the remarks while attending a conference held under the theme "Set Sail for the 15th Five-Year Plan: China's Growth, World's Opportunity" in Guangzhou, Guangdong province on Monday.
