Zhou Bo, a senior fellow at Tsinghua University's Center for International Security and Strategy, said "wrecking-ball politics" describes the actions of United States President Donald Trump's administration, and warned transatlantic ties have been fundamentally damaged and are unlikely to return to their previous state.
